Join forces with Dwyer Workforce Development to help us provide comprehensive support to individuals with barriers to employment, while simultaneously alleviating a severe healthcare workforce shortage and improving the lives of seniors. There are many ways you can get involved and support our mission.
Contact us today to learn more about any of these opportunities.
Dwyer Workforce Development helps healthcare organizations solve senior healthcare staffing needs, while fulfilling their goals to employ more equitable hiring practices. By partnering with our job placement services team, you’ll have first-hand access to our pipeline of diverse CNA and GNA graduates in your communities.
We also partner with fellow workforce development organizations and educational institutions to deliver healthcare job training programs and job placement services. You understand the needs of your community best, and our flexible partnership model allows you to use your organization’s curriculum and case management strategies, while benefiting from our robust job placement services and employer network to maximize impact.
Are you a nonprofit, government agency, case manager, social worker, faith community leader, or counselor who serves unemployed and under-employed community members? Connect with us to learn how we can become a workforce development resource for your organization and the members of your community.
Your gift to Dwyer Workforce Development is greatly appreciated and used toward case management as well as wraparound service support, future programming and scholarships.
We welcome all forms of giving on the individual and corporate donor level, including grants made by an individual or an institution. There are several workforce development funding opportunities, and we would be happy to work with you to find the giving opportunity that’s right for you.
