Dwyer Workforce Development partners with organizations that share the same passion and drive to bring our vision to life. We collaborate with organizations that specialize in workforce development, education, and senior healthcare. Through these partnerships, we’re able to offer training that helps Dwyer Scholars grow their skills and develop the tools needed for success.
In addition to our partnerships in the workforce development, education, and senior healthcare industries, we also partner with other nonprofit programs and community organizations to provide case management and coaching, scholarship opportunities, and need-based wraparound services—such as stipends and support for housing, childcare, transportation, and more—to our Dwyer Scholars.
Dwyer Workforce Development helps healthcare organizations solve senior healthcare staffing needs, while fulfilling their goals to employ more equitable hiring practices. By partnering with our job placement services team, you’ll have first-hand access to our pipeline of diverse CNA and GNA graduates in your communities.
We partner with fellow workforce development organizations and educational institutions to deliver healthcare job training programs and job placement services. You understand the needs of your community best, and our flexible partnership model allows you to use your organization’s curriculum and case management strategies, while benefiting from our robust job placement services and employer network to maximize impact.
