Please read these Rules before entering the Ticket Giveaway. You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Ticket Giveaway eligibility requirements.
The Sponsor of the Ticket Giveaway is Dwyer Workforce Development (“DWD”), 2 Hamill Rd, Suite 245, Baltimore, MD 21210 (“Sponsor”).
Sponsor is promoting a ticket giveaway in which eligible individuals who make a minimum donation of US$15 to Dwyer Workforce Development, or who provide their name, email and phone number will be entered into a drawing to receive two (2) tickets to an upcoming show at ACL Live at the Moody Theater, 310 W. Willie Nelson Blvd, Austin, Texas 78701 on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
The Ticket Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. During the Ticket Giveaway Promotion Period, there are two ways that an eligible individual may enter:
1. Make a minimum donation of US $15 to Dwyer Workforce Development via https://givebutter.com/WUAAOv; OR
2. Fill out, fully and accurately, the Dwyer Workforce Development Ticket Giveaway Form at www.dwyerworkforcedev.org/ticket-giveaway-form
Mail-in entries are not accepted.

Eligible individuals may enter only once.
Employees, officers, directors, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of DWD, third-party vendors of DWD, and employees of ACL Live at Moody Theater are not eligible to participate or win the prize. Sponsor may request any potential winner to provide proof that such person is the winner. The potential winner is subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. By participating in the Ticket Giveaway, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees and accepts these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Ticket Giveaway. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Entries will not be acknowledged.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Ticket Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor (as defined above). The Ticket Giveaway shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
The Ticket Giveaway period begins on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, and ends on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT. (“Promotion Period”). The winner will be announced on Monday, December 8, 2025, by 12 p.m. CT. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device of the Ticket Giveaway.
One (1) Winner will receive the following:
Approximate Retail Value: $200 per set of tickets; $100 per ticket. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
The prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules, and any such additional items or expenses, including, but not limited to travel, accommodations, parking, food and beverages, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Winner and guest must abide by all venue and event policies. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending events in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during, and after the event. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in the schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any cancellation, postponement, curtailment, or delay. Resale of the tickets is prohibited.
Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Ticket Giveaway Promotion Period. There will be only one prize per winner. Prize is nontransferable. Only the listed prize will be awarded and no other prizes or substitutions will be made. Sponsor will not replace any lost, misplaced, mutilated, or stolen prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a prize includes tickets to an event and the event is cancelled, Sponsor reserves the right to attempt to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value or to not award the prize, in its sole and absolute discretion. Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is”, and winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. The value of any prize awarded to a winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.
Released Parties (defined below) shall not be liable to the winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), talent cancellations or no-shows, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, loss of prize by common carrier, theft, destruction, mutilation, or loss of prize after deposit of the prize with a common carrier, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s sole control.
Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries on or around December 5, 2025. Sponsor’s decision as to the administration and operation of the Ticket Giveaway and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Ticket Giveaway. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award the prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Ticket Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
The potential winner will be notified using the email and/or phone number listed on the entry form. If a potential winner of the prize cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to sign and return any required affidavit and tax documents, declines the prize or prize is returned, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries, up to three (3) alternate potential winners. If the alternate potential winners decline the prize or they are disqualified, the prize will not be awarded.
Once eligibility is confirmed, the prize will be sent directly to the winner via email. The winner may be required to present valid identification when claiming the prize.
Potential winners are restricted from any communication (e.g., announcing, telling any other person, or posting online via website, blog, or any social media platform) stating that they have been contacted or are a potential winner or winner until Sponsor has fully verified eligibility and Sponsor has notified potential winner that he or she has been approved to communicate winner status.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry at any time, which in their opinion, does not comply with these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, void, corrupted, misdirected, misaddressed, or otherwise erroneous entries or for any problems, malfunctions, or technical difficulties that arise during the entry process. Any incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed void and disqualified from consideration in the Ticket Giveaway. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Any entries that do not comply with the Official Rules are void.
If the Ticket Giveaway, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Entrants are responsible for complying with these Official Rules in addition to state and federal law and promotion regulations. Proof of age, eligibility, and identity must be furnished upon request. DWD is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Ticket Giveaway, and is not responsible for technological failures such as, but not limited to: malfunctions, transmission errors, or human error. DWD reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of this Ticket Giveaway.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Ticket Giveaway constitutes your consent for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, opinions, photos, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Personal information submitted will only be used in accordance with DWD’s Privacy Policy. Information submitted will be collected by Sponsor’s systems based in the United States and such collection will be subject to applicable U.S. laws. If you withdraw personal data according to the Privacy Policy, you will be deemed ineligible if such personal data is withdrawn prior to the determination of the winner and fulfillment of the prize. Your participation in this Ticket Giveaway constitutes consent for Sponsor to use your personal information for the purpose of administering the Ticket Giveaway and awarding the prize, and to send you communications, as well as in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Sponsor may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Ticket Giveaway at any time; or in the event that the operation, security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Ticket Giveaway (or any portion thereof) is impaired or corrupted in any way for any reason, including without limitation, fraud, virus, worms, bugs, or other technical problem, unauthorized human intervention, or any other reason beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Ticket Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Ticket Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) cancel or terminate the Ticket Giveaway and, if feasible, award the prize in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Ticket Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Ticket Giveaway or deliberately damage any account or website associated with this Ticket Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or registries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Ticket Giveaway, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Ticket Giveaway; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Ticket Giveaway.
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Ticket Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable laws, to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules and any Promotional Materials related to the Ticket Giveaway, and to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and each of their respective parents, partners, divisions, subsidiaries, officers, directors, members, managers, affiliates, agents, and employees, prize providers, promotional agencies, franchisees, (collectively “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, property loss, personal injury, bodily injury, death, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity, claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Ticket Giveaway, including without limitation (a) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, defects in, use, misuse, nonuse or inability to use the prize (or any component thereof) that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Ticket Giveaway; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors, failures, or unavailability of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Ticket Giveaway; (f) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Ticket Giveaway or the processing of entries; (g) any sickness, injury, including death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Ticket Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to attendance at Dec. 14 show at ACL Live at The Moody Theater, and travel to and from; (h) if Sponsor must cancel or terminate the Ticket Giveaway or if Dec. 14 show at ACL Live at The Moody Theater is cancelled, curtailed, delayed, or postponed for any reason; (i) entrant’s participation or inability to participate in the Ticket Giveaway or any part thereof; (j) typographical errors in the Official Rules or any offline, online, or wireless giveaway-related promotional material; (k) any change in prizes as permitted hereunder or otherwise due to cancellations, delays, interruptions, acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, terrorism or any reasons beyond any of the Released Parties’ control; (l) any interruption or inability to access Instagram, Meta, Facebook, donation processing website, or other website, or any online service via the internet; (m) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions; (n) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the party of any entrant or individual purporting to act on behalf of any such entrant, and/or any of the Released Parties, or on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any of the Released Parties; (o) if any prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control; or (p) any other cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of Sponsor.
You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to actual third-party, out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any) not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars (US $200.00), and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs, or any other expenses arising from your participation in the Ticket Giveaway or attendance at Dec. 14 show at ACL Live at The Moody Theater. BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. You acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, without limitation, the prize quality or availability.
Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Ticket Giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet, or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Ticket Giveaway; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Ticket Giveaway, the uploading, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Promotion-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail or email; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Ticket Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected, lost, or undeliverable entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of any entry.
RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. THE RELEASED PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE TICKET GIVEAWAY.
As a condition of participating in the Ticket Giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Ticket Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration. You further agree that under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, any damages whatsoever, including without limitation punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules in its discretion. All issues and questions concerning the validity, construction, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of the Ticket Giveaway and these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the you and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas. Entrants consent to jurisdiction in Travis County, TX.
