Predevelopment Phase Kicks Off for Resurrection Sandtown Project in West Baltimore

Ames Shalom Community Inc. and Dwyer Workforce Development (DWD) Wednesday announced the selection of Seawall Development, Blank Slate and Enterprise Community Development to collaborate as lead development partners in the predevelopment phase of the Resurrection Sandtown project, which will redevelop an approximately 67,000-square-foot property in the Sandtown neighborhood in west Baltimore.

The project will feature the first Dwyer Scholar Healthcare Village and more.

During the predevelopment phase, Seawall Development, Blank Slate and Enterprise Community Development will conduct community listening meetings. These meetings will invite community organizations, residents, and local businesses to voice their priorities and aspirations for the area. Additionally, the partners will take the lead in establishing a development program and conceptual site design, creating preliminary development budgets, and establishing the project timeline.
